was good as a temporary fix

I lived in Allegheny Center when i first moved to Pittsburgh. I wasn't aware that they were being turned into dorm rooms for Pennsylvania Culinary. I *hated* the fact that my guests were treated horribly by the PICA staff and regardless of the fact that i was a paying - non college - student, i was asked to show my school badge as were my 30 year old friends!
It was nice until the kids came in and the allegheny center staff stopped caring about the paying tenants
