Huge apartment (nearly 1400 sf) within walking distance of Downtown. Maintenance is quick and good. Rent includes heat & AC. Great views and facilities (2 excersise rooms, rooftop deck, ours has a patio and a balcony. Fixtures are dated but of high quality with ceramic baths and a parquet foyer. Construction is very solid and noise doesn't travel from apt. to apt. Interesting mix of long and short term tenants many of whom have been here for twenty or more years.
