Don't Even Consider This Place

I live there for almost 2 years while i attended the Institute. Conditions were horrible. I hope some of you future culinary or AIP students read this before deciding to live in student sponsored housing. First of all, I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment. They put 3 people into a 1 bedroom apartment, the apartment would be cramped for 2 busy students. Each of us paid 500 a month with rent going up periodically. The noise level was out of control. People yelling all night long. Helicopters flying to and from the hoispital all night, and the administration would not do a thing to correct any situation. I had to pay another $50 a month to park my car there, which is supposed to be sucured. Not secured enough to fix my car when a microwave was thrown down on it.
The neighborhood is lousy. You could fall asleep to the sound of gunfights. you walk out the door at night and bums constantly beg for money, and yell at oy if you don't give.
