Absolute ghetto. By far the worst place I've ever lived and hopefully will ever live. Never have I questioned my security more than when I lived there. Bums all over the place at night. Gunshots on a weekly if not nightly basis. Noise was ridiculous. It was hell on earth. AiP students be forewarned... go elsewhere. Horrible tiny rooms and no living space.
