I have spent 2 years at 3 Allegheny Center and cannot recall any bad experiences. I am glad that I found the place. The place has several buildings that are leased to people who work or/and go to school. The building that I lived in was very nice and quiet. Compared to other places I lived in, this one is a good combination of price and quality. They definetely do not overcharge and provide very good service. Maintenance is outstanding. I felt like the landlord would do anything for me. It has great location. I walked every day to downtown where I work. The building has a nice underground garage for a little extra money. Again, it was a very positive experience and I would have stayed there longer if I did not purchase a house.
