Overall, it is a well maintained property with security locks. The property is generally clean, and maintenance staff is very friendly. The heat and AC are included that saves a lot of money in the winter. the windows are huge which is better than lot of the shady side apartments.

It is very conveniently located next to the PNC park, walking distance to Downtown. You have to pay 75 dollars for parking which is on the pricier side.

I know people call it the ghetto but I walked around at night and generally felt safe. The apartment service can accept packages for you and are usually pretty good about leaving you notices. However, they did neglect to record some of the packages that were delivered. The rental office personnel argued they never got them. But when I begged the security to let me go through, I found my packages that I was never told about.
The security guards were pretty helpful after hours. The only people that were intimidating or were rude were the office managers. One of them, would go knock on the tenets apartment doors and threaten to tow their car if they parked in the guest lot after hours. A lot of my fellow tenets found he was pretty rude over all. The funny thing is, his wife use to park in the guest lot there all the time but her car never got towed.

Laundry facilities are okay and are generally available. The elevators took anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes to arrive. One time, I waited 30 minutes and since I was doing laundry at that time, I had to wait. The sad part is, there are no staircases connecting apartment to the garage or laundry levels. I am not sure how this is compliant with safety and fire hazard. You have to rely on the unpredictable elevators for this.

Major problems my friends and I experienced were with rudeness of higher up office personnel, elevators, lack of stairwells, and high price for the apartment.

I would still recommend this based on its decent maintenance, clean, accessible to downtown, PNC park, and is generally safe.
