Where to begin' I'm currently trying to get out of my lease, which has become a nightmare in itself. Maintanance is a complete joke; most tenants are better off doing any repairs themselves, and usually do, at their own expense. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing, and raccoons, rats and stray cats are everywhere. I have a neighbor who has been caught peeping in my windows repeatedly, tried to force my window open, then my front door. He's also harrassed other neighbors, and his older brother even chased the downstairs neighbor into her apartment. All complaints are met with sympathy, then ignored by the office people. The police are probably there more often than they are at the station. This place was okay when I moved in, but they really will rent to just anyone. Avoid this place at all costs. You're better off in a homeless shelter.
