If you don?t mind garbage every where, the maintence staff sucks since "don " took over the one maintence man was asked to move when the police busted him and his brothers for drugs but now he?s back living here. The halls and basements are filthy. They never clean them. If you complain about anything, nothing is done.
They tell you to have a sticker to park but nothing is enforced and you can?t park near you apt. In the summer the landscaping is a joke, the weeds not grass gets cut but is never cleaned up. the pool which is an extra $5.00 per person on top of the outrages rent for old appliances un- dated apts. and carpets that are so thin there is no plush left. the pool is filthy the lifegaurds a joke and there are no lounge chairs. Some tenants do care for there buildings on the outside by planting flowers most tenants live like pigs and if your on section 8 your aloud to do what ever you want. for aa three bedroom its $610 and the rent is raised yearly. the rental manager Jeff Harlick is to cheap and doesnt care about the tenants . he shows alot of favortism toward people of color and other countries. There are stray cats everywhere, along with racoons and rats near the dumpters. Snow removal is a joke especially on the weekends. If you want to live in the slumps of Castle Shannon ask anyone where to go and they?ll tell you ALVERN GHETTO. If you have a dog forget only special tenants are aloud. And forhet having kids they have no place to play. there's signs every where saying no balls or bikes aloud. ANd bring your own tools they fix everything half way. Prudential realty need to wake up and relize why no one stays and why there are so many empty apts. they need to clean house and make some positive chances maybe then they'll rent some apts.
