I find Alvern Gardens to be a pleasant place to live. I have lived here with my son for two years. The apartments are simple but sweet. The staff in the office are very nice, understanding, personable, knowledgable and caring. I have no problems with the maintenance staff. When I need something fix(which is rare) they get the job done. Snow removal is a saint. I see them out there at nights and weekends. The pool is also a blessing. It maybe small but it is just enough to get cool off on hot summer days. The life guards are kind and aware of the surroundings. I have enjoyed my stay here. Its a great starting place.
