The apartment was in good shape when I moved in, except I had to fix the lock on my parking spot. It was not locking. For the most part I did not have any problems except for an occasional water line break. If I had a problem with the lease, the office addressed my issues promptly. Gas, Sewage, Water, Trash Removal were included in the rent. When I left the apartment I gave it a thorough cleaning and I got my entire security deposit back. Alvern Gardens is better managed then the apartment complex where I moved to.
