although you may think this place is reasonable in pricing there are draw backs i have lived here for three years the school district is the nicest thing about living here. they boast they have a pool, it's tiny and they charge you and your family 5.00 per person per pool tag plus if your guest or family visit they have to pay to use the pool. what a joke!! the parking stinks especially if you have little ones. if you come home after seven at night you will find there is no parking. but plenty of spaces all day long. they raised my rent each year i lived here. there is no privacy in the storage bins. they are made of wood and wire. garages!!!! they charge 35.00 a month for these and those arent private either. basement is dirty filled with garbage cans and smelly. kitchens and bathrooms need updated. laundry facilities are coin operated and dont work properly. to dry one load of clothes you must dry the same load twice. carpet is cheap!!!!!!!!
