The apartments are decent sized and the price is right. Heat/Water is included and they have off-street parking.
Negatives: During the winter we have noticed that the heat is off in the morning, and the apartment is cold. When it snows on the weekend, the sidewalks and steps do not get salted. If you have a bottom floor apartment, you will hear noise from the apartment above. Lastly, there is no fan in the bathroom. Our apartment only has one cable connection. Apartments don't come with window coverings.
Positives: Warm water is always available, maintenance is decently quick when you call, the office staff is extremely nice, apartment is good size, and carpet was brand new. There is a breakfast bar in the dining room/kitchen, also. The dining room has a ceiling fan. Each apartment has a storage locker, and the washer and dryer are lower priced than any other place around, that we found. Walls are not white, but a slight beige. Good closet space. No tile in the bath tub area.

So far we have enjoyed the apartment, other than the noise from above and heat issues. The cost is great for what you get. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
