Place is nice location/attractive. I am not sure where the word ghetto comes from in previous emails but I do not see any ghettos at all. The mainteance service is great but sometime the handyman leaves a mess but the job gets done. The cutting season is excellent as they come every week to cut and I love the smell of fresh cut grass. They also keep the sidewalks free from grass which I am impressed. The cost of doing the wash/dry is cheap and very reliable. The storage room is dirty but spacious and in the building I live we get water in basement when rain come in hard. Make sure put some crates at floor as we did that.
I love the pool and the pool is well taken care of to be clean. The lifeguards are friendly and reliable for any help.
BUT I have seen people go in when the pool is closed at night. I was told to call the police last year but what will the cops do if swimmers go in the pool during closed hours but I don't need to get involved. The pool has outside lights but never turned on in dark. I am concerned about safety when they climb over the fence doors. They may drown or hurt themselves. The fence need to be replaced as it is falling apart. I said my part and hope summer goes fast as I am afraid someday someone will drown in the pool.
