A bad one From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999   I got bad experience from the first day. The management is not helpfull at all. The only thing is that it is located in quite convenient location. The building is old and not well maintain. Lots of student there so there are lots of parties on Friday and Saturday. Expect to hear lots of noise on weekend. The room is not in a very good shape. so as the kitchen and bathroom. The price was OK at the time since they included all utilities. So far, this is just an OK apartment.
