cold in winter & fire alarms

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
It was very cold in winter,because of no airconditioning in bedroom, Not only my apartment, I also heard lots of residents complained.



The worst thing is fire alarm.

There are more than a dozen fire alarms after I moved in and mostly happened around 10:00AM2AM.
