Even though i thought this place was a little bit expensive, I didn't have many problems. but the landlord is very greedy, and wants to raise my rent for 45 dollars this year!! last year, they already raised 25 dollars.!

and sometimes, neighbors can get really noisy.. and pitt kids living in Centre Plaza apts are really loud too.

but, the maintance staffs are awesome. and they accept the packages for you.

I am considering about moving out since I just can't afford it any more.
