I have been here for almost 5 yrs now. If you work in Shadyside Hospital, its next door. If you work in UPMC Presbyterian, its about 10 minutes. Very convenient location - small deli store within 50 feet to buy all the essential items if you are really busy to go out and shop. Giant Eagle (Supermarket) is about 15 minute walk. They are upgrading the place - installing new kitchen cabinets and microwave - they look good. The Office and management are very helpful. Overall, a decent place to live in the city.
