Too expensive for the facilities it claims that it provides

As you may have seen the Pittsburgh guide recommends Amberson Plaza for a very nice environment including s3wimming pool and gim room. However the gim room is really bad in the sense that you can not use anything there is more like an empty room. But if you do not care about this, you should definitely care about the heating system if you come from countries like India, the place where I am coming from. During winter it is very cold in the apartment although I use all the time the heating system. Besides this inconvenience, the noise from the railways and the kindergarten right next to my apartment are very important. Moreover the rooms are painted and constructed before 1978 being or having Pb on them. This is a serious problem as it may provoke cancer. As a conclusion is far too expensive for the things that it claims it has.

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood, unfortunately there is quite a lot of noise from the trains passing nearby the building. I had some problems with the heating system, which were not fully solved by the time I left the building since the installation is quite old.
