Morrowfield - expensive and poorly maintained.

I've live at Morrowfield for about a year.
All the doors had so much paint on them, that they could not be closed (except the front door...). Now the front door was painted so much that it didn't want to latch, and locking it was a battle. You could see that the door had been recently kicked-in before we moved in. The repair job was barely functional. Had problems with the door locks. I reported it to manangement twice. She told me that I didn't need my door-knob lock and to just use the deadbolt. This is the sort of attitude you will receive from the management. Management actually did replace the dishwasher, only because it was a waterfall (about an inch of water on the kitchen floor). Management will enter your apartment without notice and without your knowledge, even though it is against the lease. We have caught them multiple times. (We have found cigarette butts on the floor, and neither of us smoke.) Garage parking is expensive, and the door ususally works (usually... I've had to repair it before so I could go to work.)
Getting packages is a big pain. The packages are delivered to the office. Office hours are supposed to be 9-5 MF, but good luck finding the office open. She is often out, and cannot be found. My mail has disappeared too, and been delivered to the wrong party multiple times.
The outside "security" doors are often propped open, and when they are closed the latching mechanisms are weak (can sometimes be opened without keys).
Maintenance service is mixed. Quality of repairs is usually poor. However, when repairs are good, it is because they can rig it up with wire and duct-tape, and have to replace items.
