Expensive and heat is a big issue! Poor maintenance.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived there for two years and winters were a nightmare. Heat is included in the rent, but most of the time my radiators were frozen. I complained to the management every single day, but all I got is "We checked the temperature in your apartment with a thermomether and it is fine". The radiators were dead cold, it was freezing outside, and those guys had the guts to tell me that temperatur in my apartment was "fine". Morrowfield is a place to avoid!
