I have really enjoyed living at the Morrowfield. I did not find the heat to be an issue - there is ample heat in my apartment, and there are controls to turn the heat off if so desired.

I have had a good experience with both the office staff and maintenance staff. I can find them easily, the landlady works to accommodate, and problems are fixed promptly, usually within the day.

My favorite aspect of this building is the character. It used to be a hotel in the 1920's and the design is still apparent in my apartment, with its high ceilings and crown moulding. It's a spacious but cozy place to live in a very nice neighborhood.
