damn crappy

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
all the ghetto needy people live here. yhey participate in that program that allows "needy" families to live in nice buildings at a heavily reduced price... and by "needy," I mean they have 15 kids to get more money from welfare, then spend the money on spinning rims. but ya gotta love the neighbors. I go upstairs to do laundry, and the crazy lady with the 15 kids is in the hall yelling "Tanisha, Shanika, Shamika, Tawan, Lawan, Lashawn, Julio, get over here, now!" I just kind of look at her, and she says to me "yeah, I'm the crazy ----- you hear screaming at her kids all the live long day"
