	Not everyone living here has fifteen kids, but the ones that do aren't bad at all. Everyone here pretty keeps to themselves. The management is great and the apartments are the nicest around in the south Oakland area.

	all the ghetto needy people live here. yhey participate in that program that allows "needy" families to live in nice buildings at a heavily reduced price... and by "needy," I mean they have 15 kids to get more money from ... more
