The worst apartment I have ever lived in.

If you are planning to stay here during the winter, your life is at your own risk. I(the sucker) unknowingly booked this apartment when I was in a different country and signed the lease for 12 months even without seeing it and I paid for my mistake. In the winter, this is not an exaggeration, my apartment was colder than outside(don't ask me how). My room, where there is a heater, was slightly warmer but it was sooooo unbearably cold that I had to stay in hot water in the tub throughout the night during the peaks of winter. When my skin got soaked in water and started peeling out, I used to warm myself by turning on the kitchen stove and standing close to it. I had to stay in my friends' houses several times because of the heating problem. In addition there were insects in my room that I had to squash with my shoes. When I reported all this trauma to Lobos management, they sent in a guy from the heating company who said responsibly "this is all we can provide mam" and they said I couldn't leave the apartment since I signed a 12 month lease. Also, the floors are very bad. I think the wood is rotten or something. So the entire floor starts sqeaking when you walk around or when someone in some part of the building walks around you can hear it very clearly. The walls are so thin that you here what someone in the other room is talking. And here is a bonus, you can hear what people downstairs, upstairs and on the sides are speaking too! The neighbours below once played music and the entire floor and walls started shaking. It's especially madenning if you are trying to sleep and you keep hearing all these noises. When I came here, all the latches were hanging out and I had to call the management each and every time to fix it. Lobos management is basically irresponsible, you have to keep poking them to get things done and that can be a pain if you have busy schedule. Now if you are prepared for all this adventure, you are welcome to Baum Grove Apartments.
p.s.:I chose this place because of the cheap cost.
