I love my apt!!

As a grad student at CMU, I highly recommend living here for your time in Pgh. For one, the place is affordable. It also has a neat lobby and old charm. The serviceman Dave is very helpful as are the rest of the staff that handles the building. The location is close to CMU & Pitt and all of the hospitals.
