I moved to the burgh from Maryland and this place is beautiful. It is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I have called maintenance twice and they fixed my problems that same day and did a great job, there's no waiting or hassle with them. They plow the snow every hour on the hour and especially the large entry hill. The staff are very nice (haven't had to deal with them too much), the gym and facilities are always clean. It's very quiet, no rambunctious crazy people, they allow pets, both dogs and cats,which is great. The apartments are huge, 9 foot ceilings, lots of space and the decks and balconies seem larger than others that I have seen. Plus, the W/D are family size, not the dinky stacked ones that most places have. I liked that alot. All in all a must-live-here!
