Bear Run Village

pretty nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Overall, we have enjoyed our experience here. The maintenance staff is excellent and having a washer/dryer and fireplace is nice. The view is excellent, though the location is a tad isolated, though there's a grocery store 1 mi. away and easy access to the interstate. One problem is that I think the walls might be kind of thin. It's hard to keep warm in the winter, and we can often hear our upstairs neighbors. Also, people don't pay attention to the rule that you are only supposed to park one car in front of the building so that everyone can have one close parking spot. We only have one car, and our building even has 2-3 empty apartments, and we still have to park far away sometimes. But, these problems are minor, and overall we have enjoyed staying at Bear Run.
