I moved to Bear Run in August 2003. It was the greatest move I made. The grounds are kept beautifully and in the winter the snow crew does a great job! The girls in the office are always courteous and helpful - always a smile on their face. When I call for a small problem in the apartment, the maintenance people respond so quickly. I have a pet so it was difficult to find a place that took pets. I give Bear Run Village a 5! Awesome place to live.
