I have lived in Bear Run for just over a year. We fell in love with the layout of the apartment,and the fireplace was a nice bonus you don't find everywhere. Maintenance and staff are fantastic! Any problem you have is fixed most expeditiously...we've only had minor issues, by the way. My main, and pretty much only complaint is the noise you hear from above if you live on a first level or ground level apartment. We had a very petite woman above us, and when she walked, it sounded like Sasquatch was running a marathon!!! Overall, the neighbors, the community, the location and the staff make Bear Run a good place to live.
