Bear Run Village

Great place. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   only compalint, the snow removal is not up to par with most other communities. I am part of several joint ventures that handle snow removal contracts in the Pittsburgh region, and this neighborhood has sub-par service. Don't get me wrong, the service guys are great people, but they lack the knowledge/skill to do a proper job. The main entrance is 80% of the time in excellent shape, however, it is a different story at the top of the hill. My biggest compalint is that they do not scrape ALL of the parking areas through-out the workday, when most residents are not home. It also takes them too, long to clean sidewalks, I've done our buildings several times over before I saw anyone from the maintenence group. This would deffinitly be something I would improve.
