This place will suck your wallet dry! You would think being a good tenant pays off.. Of course not, let's raise your rent every year, while providing the worst customer service possible. These are overpriced, dirty, bug infested condo's that are covered in fresh paint with high ceilings as to disguise.. The Mgt. at Bear Run are flat out nasty. If I treated my customers the way we're treated, I'd be escorted out of most buildings. Trust me, YOU CAN DO BETTER!!

I totally agree with this evaluation. The only one that tops the cake is Christopher Wren (another Lincoln property).

Lincoln Property Company has not managed Bear Run since March of 2002. Thats over 3 years ago. Get your facts straight sstolick first before you respond.
