I am glad I lived at the BRV.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I am moving to a different city and wish I could take BRV with me. I was bit jacked because they charged ridiculously for some move out things... $60 to clean a stove top which i replaces the burner thingers before I left... $40 for a shower cleaning (well it was yucky, but $40!'!!'! Overall, BRV is A ... Make it your next home... for me!
