Another classic - you cannot judge a book by its cover From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   On first appearances, the place seems great. However, encounter an issue and it is all over for you!! Be sure to get everything that is said in writing so that you have a leg to stand on when things go south. Also, the building is extremely poor in construction. We had significant issues with noise from neighbors. And if you are unfortunately next to a rude neighbor, life will become unbearable. We had as any as 10 people living in the apartment below us, including another who lived in the garage. I know, it sounds like a joke, but it is not. We also had issues with insects, constant power outages, and the garage that constantly needs to be reprogrammed. Nothing of which was handled by property management. The staff was very difficult to deal with and nothing was ever resolved. We became problem tenants because we expected to be serviced for the rent that we were paying. And this is shared all the way to the corporate level. My suggestion...unless you are a masichist, stay away!
