Nice area and nice looking building. Major drawback is that in winter the first level bathroom gets really cold and it takes the water in the shower about 3 minutes to warm up. Also dislike very much that the heat is run by the hot water, so you can either have a warm room and a cool shower or a hot shower and a cold room. It actually says in the move in information to turn down the heat when getting into the shower. This really sucks, as does the insulation; pipes burst once and flooded the first level bedroom/office.
