I really enjoy my townhouse at Bear Run...I've only lived here for 3 months, but my roommates have for over a year. We've had no major problems...the only complaints i have are thin walls. i can hear the neighbor's baby crying every once in awhile. And the shower head of the upstairs bathroom doesn't have any water pressure. It's like someone is sprinkling a watering can on your head. Other than that I think the staff is very friendly and it's a great place to live!
