Bear Run Village

Very Disappointing From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have lived in this complex for 3 years. I watched the rating on this website go from upper 80's to the 50's-with good reason. Bear Run has gone through management several times over the past 3 years and it's gone completely down hill. The security gate took over a year to complete, the management has become rude and unhelpful. I look forward to moving out and would not recommend this property to anyone anymore.
