Bear Run is a fairly nice place to live, but it is not worth what they charge to live here. The rent is so high, and the reviews about the maintance not salting/plowing is correct. I couldn't even leave last week when we had the big snow because my car was snowed in and the road (which is a big hill) was a sheet of ice.

The carpet when we moved in seemed new, but cheap, and even without any pets you can see wear marks. I'm afraid of what they will do when we move out! I think I will have to move out a month early so my roommate and I can spend a month cleaning top to bottom. I do not expect to get my security deposit back, but thankfully we signed on during a really cheap special ($300) so it is not a big loss.

If you can find somewhere else I suggest looking elsewhere - there are nicer places in Carnegie or Robinson area.
