The apartment is not worth the pricey rent, but other than that it's pretty decent. Everything was clean and in working order when I moved in. I had to call maintenance twice and they literally came over within a half hour and fixed the issue the first attempt. The office staff are helpful, they have a computer with internet access and a fax machine that are free to use during office hours, the pool was clean, and the gym had a variety of equipment, and is open 24 hours. I didn't like the fact that there was only 1 trash compactor in the entire complex, located on the front drive. Parking was not very good. A lot of people had multiple cars and would occupy the front spots with all of their cars. If you didn't get home before 4-5pm, you would usually have to park at the other side of the lot. If you enjoy a quiet, "everyone knows everyone", pet loving community, then this is perfect for you.....Definitely not good for college kids or those who like to party.
