I'm glad I read these comments now I don't feel so bad. I was about to sign my lease at Bear Run. We went to look at the apartment we were going to rent. We had all of our paperwork filled out and checks ready to go. Mysteriously after we got back from looking at the apartment it was no longer available''''' Hmmmmm maybe because they saw our information and realized we could afford a more expensive apartment. I guess it was a blessing in disguise after I read these horrid reviews. Just an FYI they use bait and switch techniques when you are signing a lease.

I'd be the first one to rip the place a new one, but just to be fair I thought I'd share that I moved in, looking for the least expensive unit. I had fair credit and was in school (accumulating even more debt). They didn't have anything that was in my price range, so they gave me a walk-on unit with a view - very nice. Management and ethics sucked, though.
