We have been living here for 3 years and although we have had a few problems, the office staff has been more than willing to remedy them. The maintenance staff is friendly, courteous, respectful, helpful and efficient. Overall, we are so very happy here and glad that we chose Bear Run Village as our home. I would be happy to give a recommendation to any prospective tenant.

Just wait until you have to move out, honey. And making an over-priced poorly run facility your "home" (long-term as you seem to lead to), well, that's not a very good financial move, is it? Maybe if there was some sort of marriage, educational, or professional reason you'd want to keep the place? Like I said, wait until you move out.
