Looks Can Be Deceiving

Bear Run, although it looks pristine and landscaped beautifully, especially at clubhouse entrance, problems can soon abound. My wife/I moved in there right before Summer 3 yrs. ago. I saw bugs/insects I had never seen before crawling in under sill of patio window, especially after it rained. And when it rained, our patio furniture was ruined from water falling between crevices in wood above. If it storms, the slightest wind usually knocks out the power/after awhile no power becomes annoying. The hill to climb this place is like troops in WWII trying to get to Hitler's Eagle's Nest, I realize Pittsburgh is hilly, but you better hope your car has some torque! When I was searching for info. on the place, I found out that in 1998 the contractor was in court, because the hillside kept giving way since it was on a landfill(watch your step) For what you pay, the place needs a little more in the way of activities/recreation. I couldn't stand people either, your typical yuppie-wanna be's that have a stick wedged so far up their asses, whatever happened to decent down-earth people of Pittsburgh. The only decent staff member was lady by name of Kathleen, actually took time listen to you/more than professional, others can stick with yuppie crowd. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
