I have not moved into bear run yet but will be at the end of next month. after living in dc for 4 years, some of the complaints are funny especially the parking. if you want the same spot close to your home each day for years, then yes people you have to pay more and get the garage and park there. as far as the animals, if the carpet is bad enough, yes you are going to have to get it cleaned, not get money back and have problems with management. I pay 2700 a month for my condo, yes a small mortage. Out of all the places i looked at and yes there are plenty of places that are HORRIBLE, bear run helped me out the most especially with all my many questions. the only possible problem i see is that they are not directly on a bus line but again management wrote down step by step directionss for me and told me where to catch it at. I think I am going to like it very much here

Okay - it's not fair to compare Pittsburgh To D.C... Of course it is good compared to where you are coming from - but for those of us who know the Pittsburgh area, I think we pay more than what most apartments in the area are worth and don't get even a single designated parking - once you see where Bear Run is, it's not like there are neighborhood streets nearby that we can park at.

After living for three years in Bearrun, we decided to buy a house and I am really very sad to leave this place. Its beautiful, clean and management is so helpful. We had couple of issues regarding our lease, but they really solved our problems.I honestly recommend people to come and live here. You will not be disappointed.

Seriously!!!!! How can you recommend an apartment that you have yet to live in???????? You comparing your Washington D.C. condo to Bear Run Village is like me comparing my living situation in las vegas to Bear Run!! Of course its great!!!
