I moved to Bear Run about 6 months ago and would recommend it to anyone. We liked the location as it is close enough to downtown and a nice area. I've never had a problem with parking and the grounds are maintained nicely. Like us, residents appear to be mostly young professionals. Another plus is that I was able to get a puppy. Problems seem to be quickly taken care of. For example, shortly after we moved in our toilet overflowed. We didn't discover it until midnight on a Saturday night. Maintenance was there within 15 minutes of our call and took care of the problem. We haven't had any problems since. The only drawbacks for us are lack of storage space and the front gate which seems to have a mind of its own.
