I lived here for two years and had a good experience. I moved only because some of my friends wanted me to go in on renting a house on SouthSide and it was going to be so cheap that I couldnt pass it up! But when I was at Bedford Hill the staff was very nice and helpful and the neighbors were all friendly too. The apartments are all new and the area is really up and coming. The only downfall is you cant walk to many bars or restaurants but since the area is being built back up I think they will eventually come. It was nice being so close to downtown and not being next door to a bar and having all the drunks going crazy!
