okay; depends on what you're looking for

I was looking for inexpensive and I got it. The apartments are huge and relatively well kept. Maintenance is friendly but the building and apartments have the potential to be nicer. The remodeling and maintenance tends to be sloppy. Overall, if you are not looking for high prices or luxury, this is the place. I have been satisfied.
