Okay, here's the deal and it's the truth. I am in the military so I am used to moving from place to place. While living in Pittsburgh for almost six years, Bellwood Manor is by far, hands down the best place my family and I have lived. The apartments are perfect, the maintenance staff is awesome. In the summer, Dennis, the maintenance mgr. was out even on Sundays sweating his butt off taking care of the place. I guess if I had to make some kind of complaint it would be they are always mowing the grounds and you hear the constant sound of the lawn mower -that's it. The property mgr to include the property staff at the office in downtown Pittsburgh are 100% down to earth and actually care about your stay in the apartments. We had to leave our lease early b/c I got re-located to Florida at the last minute and we got our full security deposit back along with a warm goodbye, no hassle, no fuss. I truly wish I could have found this place when I got to PA in 2001. I highly recommend this place if you want a clean, safe, quite, professional place to live.
