I have never had a problem. The landscaping and buildings are all well kept. The hallways and laundry room are always clean. You always see someone out landscaping or trying to spruce the place up more than it already is. Rent is very decent and your heat is electric which in my case in the middle of winter my bill at its highest was 90 dollars. That's extremely good!
