I moved in 2 years ago and have had no complaints until they got rid of the resident mgr, Dennis. Since then, the grass isn't mowed half as often, there's construction vehicles taking up half of the back parking lot (we weren't notified of any construction and when we called to inquire about it, we got a really snippy response from the office), I've had an issue with the present landlord walking in without knocking, when we petitioned for the old res mgr to get his job back, the petitions were mysteriously ripped down and never sent to the realty company, we've had to wait weeks to get outside/hallway lights replaced...the list goes on and on. Until they find a new resident mgr who is half as loyal, hard-working, friendly and professional as Dennis, it will continue to go downhill. The only reason my roommate and I stay here is because the rent is very reasonable and the location is incredible.
