I moved in about 9 months ago. Rent price is decent and the only utility you pay is electric. Mangagement was nice and was allowed me to move in almost immediately. Really the only complaint i have is that it is too quiet. There is nothing really to do. I never see anyone ever. I've only ever seen my neighbors twice. It's nice because I sometimes work nights and i have never once had a problem with noise, except when they mow the lawn under my window. It's a great place to live, except they won't let you have a dog, which I want really really bad!
