I didn't even live here for a year because I had to break my lease. The noise here is awful. Everyone plays their radios and TV's so loud, but when I would just WALK across my apartment, the tenants below me would complain. The manager threatened me and said he would call the police if the noise continued, but all I ever did was WALK IN MY OWN APARTMENT. After all of the threats, I had it and had to move. Nothing was ever done about the tenants that were actually noisy. Oh, and don't ever do your laundry in their facilities....you may never get your stuff back. And sign for your own packages because the one time that I had a package delivered, it was stolen. Finally, they make it very difficult for you to have visitors. There is no visitor lot since you have to have a parking tag, however the street parking does not allow any parking from 2 am to 6 am, so if you ever have guests, they will either get a ticket from the police or a ticket from management.
